Eulogy...

Obama's eulogy today wasn't that impressive, people. It was nothing but a history lesson with the same vocal tone of another damn campaign speech.

Same head movements, same vocal tone, same over pronounced words, same pauses, same disconnected syllables, etc.





I am sick of it and it hasn't even been a year yet.

I MUST see Star Wars in Concert. It's coming to Denver on October 18th.

It looks so fucking amazing. I must. I just must.

Now this was a great movie. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I was going to.
Kudos to Peter Jackson for presenting a movie shorter than 3 hours.

Aside from that, I thought it was very well done. You feel a lot of sympathy for the aliens and I think you should. They are the victims this time around. The main alien and his son just grabbed hold of me and wouldn't let go. I loved his character and was glad to see how things turned out.

The other thing I liked was that the aliens weren't necessarily vicious. They were being held captive and that's as simple as it gets. They didn't really understand why and they were perceived as bottom feeding slobs because they were made that way by the government. The people had no choice but to believe it.




I think I might even see this one again. I enjoyed it a lot.
